IFM Investors (UK) Limited are a global institutional investment company. 

We were delighted to support them in the pre-acquisition and subsequent fit out of 12,000 sq/ft of additional floor space within their current office building at 2 LWP. 

Working alongside Shaw Studio Architects, the scheme included the design and installation of a new monolithic structural staircase link connecting both new and existing office space, together with a comprehensive upgrade and refurbishment of IFM’s two existing office floors, totalling a further 24,000 sq/ft. 

The scheme was procured under a two stage competitive tender. Works were completed across a phased programme requiring a combination of in hours and out of hours construction sequencing to minimise impact on critical business operations and adjacent tenants. 

This transformational space has been designed to support IFM Investors in their long term commitment at 2 LWP and continued business growth and success.
