66 Berners Street

VCCP are the “challenger network for challenger brands”, a globally recognised creative agency. Northcote were delighted to support VCCP with the fit-out and relocation of their new London headquarters at 66 Berners Street.

Occupying a former department store in Fitzrovia, the project transformed 67,000 sq ft of space into a dynamic workplace designed to foster creativity and collaboration. The new headquarters brings the agency’s teams together under one roof within a distinctive and characterful building.

Designed by Spacelab Architects, the scheme spanned five floors and included the installation of a new feature staircase linking floors through an existing atrium. The project also delivered specialist facilities including photography, editing and podcast studios, supporting VCCP’s creative production capabilities.

The project was procured through a two-stage competitive tender, with construction works delivered over a 28-week programme.

Northcote’s role included pre-acquisition building surveying, project management, and contract administration, supporting the client from initial due diligence through to successful completion
