The Office, Circus Street
Acting as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, we were instructed by Ecclesiastical Insurance Group to support them in relocating one of their regional office teams from Eastbourne to Brighton.
Taking the design principles from the Head Office refurbishment (a project managed by Northcote in 2021), this 5,500 sq.ft high quality CAT B refurbishment provides a fantastic working environment for staff, incorporating flexible training spaces, wellness facilities, adaptable workspace settings and a dedicated ‘work hub’ for EIG charity partners.
The application of neutral tones, natural materials and live planting, provides an exceptionally welcoming and calm workplace setting.
