Acting for our client, Ecclesiastical Insurance, we were retained as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for the full CAT B refurbishment of the building leading on from our development monitoring role undertaken between 2017 – 2020.
Designed by BDG Architects and Max Fordham Engineers, the fit out has transformed the building to create a dynamic workplace environment to include a high specification commercial kitchen, staff restaurant and a striking wellness ‘scissor’ staircase linking the floors and creating a unique experience for both employees and clients.
