This elegant contemporary fit out was designed by Minifie Architects and procured under a single stage competitive tender.

The fit out was coordinated around exposed mechanical and electrical services, with the introduction of high-performance acoustic partitioning, quality joinery finishes and natural cork flooring.

The space has been designed to support Corten Capital in their planned 5-year growth and continued success story.

Northcote provided building surveying, project management, contract administration and cost management from outline building selection through to in-use occupation.
