Harleyford Road, Vauxhall

Acting for our client, St Anne’s Catholic Settlement, Northcote are assisting them in their partnership with Notting Hill Genesis, providing project monitoring services and building consultancy advice in relation to a new mixed use development of their current site on Harleyford Road, Vauxhall.

The scheme involves the re-provision of the existing community uses and office floorspace, with new residential accommodation comprising market and intermediate affordable housing.

Notting Hill Genesis will provide the Charity with a new, purpose built facility to safeguard the Settlement’s future.
