Former Stewart Plastics Site, Purley Way, Croydon

For our client, Abrdn, we acted as Project Managers on this comprehensive redevelopment of the former Stewart Plastics site, delivering eight new industrial units and a new connecting road which provided additional access to the adjacent Valley Retail & Leisure Park.

This highly complex build project included extensive Section 278 and Section 38 works.
