Following successful completion of their London office refurbishment in early 2020, this financial sector client instructed Northcote to project manage the relocation and fit out of their new office space in St Helier, Jersey.

This 12,500 sq/ft CAT B fit out scheme was procured under a Design and Build contract in tandem with the CAT A works by the building owner/developer Dandara Jersey Limited
