This investment client came to us for help and support on the CAT B fit out of their new three-floor workspace in St James’s, London as they approached a lease expiry of their old office.

As part of the fit out, structural openings were formed and a new interlinking feature staircase was installed between all levels to provide a balanced connection across the business.

This fast-track scheme was delivered under a Design and Build contract with a PCSA for pre-contract design and cost development stages.
