Acting for our client, Canadian and Arcadia Limited, we are project managing the conversion and extension of this former Dickens and Jones department store.

This 87,000 sq/ft redevelopment will convert the existing basement and ground floor to A1 retail with Grade A offices on first, second and third floor. The development will also encompass the addition of a new fourth floor and extensive terracing with panoramic views across Richmond and surrounding London suburbs.

Planned Phase 2 completion scheduled for 2022.
